Plant Manager
Specialist: DMMO
Position: 1395
Location: Aguascalientes, Ags. Mexico.
Annual Salary: 1,440,000.00 – 1,680,000.00 MXN.
About the client:
German auto parts company, Tier 1. New plant located in Aguascalientes, HC: 50-100 pax.
Desired Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related;
• Master’s Degree is a plus;
• Advanced English (Bilingual Spanish-English), German is a plus;
• 5+ years of experience in metal mechanic plants;
• 3+ years of experience as Plant Manager or Operations Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
• In charge of the plant’s P&L, develop and follow up the business plan;
• Oversee the plant’s functionality and productivity;
• Manage and lead the different areas in the plant;
• Ensure proper communication within the plant and the corporate team;
• Develop corrective and preventive actions;
• Coordinate the teams in order to reach the goals.
