About our client:
Important University with presence at national level.
• Degree in administration, systems or similar;
• 3 years’ experience in Purchasing for the education sector;
• Knowledge in MICROSIP or similar;
• Intermediate English.
The main responsibilities are:
• Facilitate the process of procurement of goods and services, through a transparent and fluid purchasing process;
• Preparation of comparative tables for decision-making in procurement;
• Management of the MICROSIP purchasing module;
• Quote and Purchase of Stationery, cleaning supplies, furniture, electrical equipment, electronic, coffee supplies;
• Supervision of maintenance of physical installations of buildings, computer equipment and networks;
• Carry out maintenance contracts for networks, computer equipment, printers, switches and maintenance in general;
• Assignment and control of electronic equipment to employees and facilitators;
• Supervision of maintenance and surveillance personnel.
