About the client:
Mexican company, dedicated to the manufacturing of plastic products.
Desired Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting;
• 3+ years of experience;
• Experience working with Admin Paq.
Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor the reasonableness and sufficiency of the operations carried out by the Administration, clarifying any situation and informing the superiority of the existence of any irregularity.
• Improve control mechanisms for the proper management of financial resources.
• Identify relevant, deficiencies or deviations of information.
• Perform area statistics for decision-making
• Coordinate the physical and accounting inventories of the company.
• Control and supervise of the general accounting and their respective working papers.
• Calculation, preparation and presentation of definitive, provisional, informative and annual declarations.
• Attend requirements from the different dependencies (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FINANZAS).
• Prepare and submit electronic accounting.
